Ben ran his first endurance event in 2015 with MindTrick Motorsports, then later Dirty Torque Simracing. These were truly international teams of talented, competitive drivers.

In those years, Ben ran in dozens of special events, winning and scoring podiums in several. Ben often drove team assignments, stint scheduling, and team coordination using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Discord, but always struggled to keep everything in line. Organizing simracers is a lot like herding cats!

Now a part of a larger international team in Arctic Simracing, Ben sees the team managers struggling in the same way he used to in that seat. So, he created TeamBoss to help!
